Terms & Conditions of Booking

 Amelia’s Wedding Belles wants to give you the special undivided attention you deserve on your big day. To provide this unique service, we only arrange one wedding per day. Therefore, the date of your marriage can only being held for 14 days from the date of our quotation. If it is not confirmed before then it will become available for others wishing to book.

To confirm your provisional wedding date, Amelia’s Wedding Belles requires a signed & completed booking form, with a cheque for 50% of the total package, as your deposit. The balance payment will be due at the hair trial.

In the event of a cancellation by the customer the deposit is non-refundable. This includes individuals cancelling services they are still bound to pay 50% of their individual package. Cancellations within 8 weeks of the wedding day will forfeit the full balance.

You must give 24 hours notice if you wish to add any services to your package as this will effect timings. Any services added within 24 hours of the wedding day will be invoiced.

Once we have received the deposit your booking is confirmed and we will send you written confirmation.

In the unlikely event of Amelia’s Wedding Belles cancelling, the deposit will be refunded in full.

A minimum of three luxury treatments must be booked for any one appointment.

Amelia’s Wedding Belles has a minimum booking fee for any one wedding of £270 and for Saturday bookings in July and August there is a minimum booking fee of £400

Amelia’s Wedding Belles reserve the right to change the consultant without prior notification.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to make Amelia’s Wedding Belles aware of any allergies or contraindications that may affect the service required.

If you require a hair pad or hair pieces there will be a £10 refundable deposit required (per piece). The deposit will be refunded once the hair pad/pieces have been returned.

Amelia’s Wedding Belles has no obligation to recognise any booking unless these procedures are followed.
